Yourself Storage, Dunnellon, Florida
Yourself Storage is a 4 acre self-storage facility in Dunnellon, Florida. REI was contracted to prepare plans and permit applications to expand the facility from 5 existing fixed buildings to include 90 Modular Storage Units, 45 modules. Marion County required a Major Site Plan Approval due to concerns for the potential increased stormwater discharge.
Rogers Engineering coordinated an updated topographical survey and prepared the site grading, drainage, and landscaping plans for the project. This work included computer modeling of the site for pre and post construction stormwater runoff. The design included expansion of the existing stormwater control facilities. Construction is complete.
