Townsend PUD Site Plan and Stormwater Modifications

Owners of Townsend Development proposed developing a 0.89 acre parcel previously not included in the 20.409 acre permitted project area. Development of this parcel was not previouslyconsidered in the stormwater analyses and calculations serving as the basis for approval ofpermit 42-001071363.
The 0.89 acre parcel is adjacent to the southeast corner of Phase I of the development. The north boundary of this parcel is adjacent to the wet detention basin permitted for Phases I, II, and III. Infill development of this parcel will result in a minor volume of additional stormwater discharge to the permitted wet detention basin.
